``Laguna Rivera`` in San Salvador
In San Salvador, we have already implemented a house building project. Located in a beautiful area directly at a lake, we have sold 26 building plots with a size of about 2.000 m² each and the construction works are running at full speed. Three house types with two roof variants were available and also an individual planning together with our architects could be realized. Here, the focus was on the combination of German and Paraguayan architecture and technology in order to achieve an optimal result that fits in with the surroundings.
Also community used objects like a lake house and a grill hut are under construction. In the surrounding area there are eucalyptus plantations, a lot of nature and beautiful trails for hiking and biking.
